Software Developer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance on how Salesforce solutions can address their needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions, and interviews to gather and analyze requirements, documenting functional & technical specifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder.

Education and Experience:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations and solutions.
